Shipping and Delivery
Most product prices on WesstArtisans.com INCLUDE shipping and handling. However, extra shipping charges will be applied to all custom orders. Artisans will provide an estimated shipping charge with their design quote. Every effort will be made to ship these handcrafted items within 1-3 weeks via UPS or USPS unless notified otherwise by the artist.
Customers will be offered an equal exchange or full refund if the item(s) is returned in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of order.
Sending a Gift?
If you would like to exclude prices from the invoice shipped with your order, or accompany the order with a personalized note, please send a separate e-mail to orders@wesstartisans.com. Please be sure to include your name and address, and a list of items ordered. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
WESST Corp's role, in accordance with its mission and tax-exempt status, is to provide business training and consultation to MARKETLINK participants. Any inquiries regarding a specific order should be directed to the appropriate artist.
Our Policy
Your privacy and security while using our web site are our top concern! All customer information, including transaction details, are maintained in strictest confidence. We do not share customer names, addresses, or other information with any other company or organization for any reason. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our policies. We want you to feel comfortable while using our site, and we are happy to address any concerns on an individual basis.

Cookies
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that many web sites use to help make shopping online easier. This information is stored on your computer's hard drive. If you choose to use our online shopping service, we use cookie technology to store items in your shopping basket until you are ready to check out. If you exit the site without placing the order, the items remain in your shopping basket until your next visit, or until you quit or exit your browser, at which time the cookie is deleted. Personally identifiable information about you is NOT maintained in this process.
Site Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than WesstArtisans.com. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server (i.e. clicking on the green "Complete Order" button). If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser: when accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http://" to "https://". Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server, which means you won't be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.
Mailing List
WesstArtisans.com offers you the option to sign up for our e-mail mailing list/guestbook. All buying customers of WesstArtisans.com will be automatically added to the email mailing list unless you request otherwise. If you do not sign up for the mailing list, no e-mails or regular mail will be sent to you. If you subscribe to the mailing list, you can also unsubscribe at any time. WesstArtisans.com holds our mailing list in confidence, and we do not share our mailing list with anyone for any reason. No credit card numbers or other sensitive information will ever be sent using unsecured e-mail. For online orders, we require an e-mail address for communicating with you about the order. You will receive an order confirmation when the order ships, as well as any other communication directly related to your order.
Credit Card Orders
We verify the cardholder's name and address information with the card-issuing bank for all credit card orders. This helps to protect both of us from costly credit card fraud. We request a daytime telephone number and a valid e-mail address on all credit card sales in case we need to contact you by phone about the transaction. WesstArtisans.com pursues all attempts at credit card fraud and ignores any concept of confidentiality when dealing with fraudulent transactions. All credit card sales are subject to WesstArtisans.com approval.
